Options once include charitable donations or earnings for content posted. So if your tiered of platforms living off your ideas then free yourself from the usual and try something different.

Something to note for writers is that when I had my own site where I hosted my articles, TSU boosted my readership tremendously. I noticed the drop off on my articles once the site went down. So for those of you writers who could use some more eyes, check out this supportive community.
